LEADERSHIP TEAM

The Leadership Team is made up of godly men and women who serve the church by providing spiritual, organizational, and financial oversight. They work alongside the Lead Pastor to help ensure Ridgecrest remains faithful to its mission and vision while maintaining sound financial stewardship and organizational integrity. The team approves the annual budget and strategic plan, provides accountability and encouragement for the Lead Pastor, oversees key administrative matters, and helps guide the overall direction of the church.
