LEADERSHIP TEAM

The Leadership Team is a group of godly men and women who represent the congregation and help ensure Ridgecrest operates with integrity, clarity, and strong stewardship. They provide financial, legal, and fiduciary oversight for the church and serve as the Board of Trustees for the church corporation.


Working in close partnership with the Lead Pastor, the Leadership Team offers guidance, accountability, and support as he leads Ridgecrest in its mission and vision. The Team reviews major financial decisions, approves the annual budget and strategic plan, and helps guide the overall direction of the church. Through careful decision‑making and steady leadership, the Leadership Team helps Ridgecrest move forward with transparency, responsibility, and unity.
